PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS - (these are only recommendations as each press and oven are different.  You will need to see what will work best for your particular press or machine)

385 degrees for 60 seconds and light to med pressure.  I use a foam pressing pillow in the middle of the bag to help with pressure issues around the seams and zipper and to give a better print.
